Pickup Info
If you would like to pickup your order, please select "Pickup" when ordering your item to ensure you are not charged for shipping. Please read this important information BEFORE checking out.
All orders placed before each Tuesday at 11:59pm will be available that same Friday/Saturday for pickup. Pickup orders will be available in Yorba Linda, CA on Fridays from 9am - 6pm and Saturdays from 10am - 2pm.
What if I place my order on a Wednesday or later? Your pickup order will be available the next Friday & Saturday for pickup.
What if I do not pick up my order on Friday or Saturday? Toffee orders will be available for pickup again on the following Friday and Saturday. Cookie orders cannot be held until the following week as they are only fresh for 4 days after pickup. Unfortunately I am unable to accommodate refunds for orders that are not picked up.
How do I know when and where my order will be ready? You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup along with the pickup location in Yorba Linda, CA.
I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order? Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee any cancellations will be accommodated. If you made a mistake with your order please contact me as soon as possible at rosieraestoffee@gmail.com.
TOFFEE ORDERS: Toffee will stay fresh for 4-6 weeks from pickup date.
COOKIE ORDERS: Cookies will stay fresh for 4 days after pickup date.
